Restore/Recover Deleted Albums, Folders, & Files

OBJECTIVE

To restore deleted Albums, Folders, and Individual Files in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

File and Document management is critical for any business. With ConstructionOnline, this task is made exponentially easier, allowing you to keep your entire team up to speed and on track. 

THINGS TO CONSIDER

You cannot recover deleted projects, estimates, schedules, change orders,  selections, invoices, logs, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, punch lists, checklists, messages and announcements.

STEPS TO RESTORE DELETED ALBUMS, FOLDERS, & FILES

  1. Navigate to Company Files, My Files, or a Project via the Left Sidebar
    1. Select the Files tab if you're in a Project
  2. Choose the Trash category
  3. Right-click on the desired Album, Folder, or File
  4. Select Restore from the dropdown menu
