Move Files/Photos

OBJECTIVE

To move a File or Photo, as well as entire Albums or Folders, from one location within ConstructionOnline to another.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Files & Photos added to an Album/Folder will inherit the same permissions of that Album/Folder.  
• My Files is a private section only visible to you.

STEPS TO MOVE A FILE/PHOTO

1. Navigate to Company Files, My Files, or a Project via the Left Sidebar
   1. Select the Files tab if you're in a Project

2. Right-click on the File/Photo, or Album/Folder

3. Select Move from the dropdown menu
   
   
   1. This will open the Move File window
   
4. Choose the Project & Destination to move the File to
5. Click Move Here
