OBJECTIVE

To integrate your ConstructionOnline account with your Google account

BACKGROUND

Integrating your ConstructionOnline account with your Google account allows for easy and direct sharing of files via Google Drive and calendars via Google Calendar. Google Integration is available to any ConstructionOnline Pro User.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Integrating with Google allows access via ConstructionOnline to Google Drive & Google Calendar.
• No automatic sharing will occur immediately when turning on the integration.
• After initial set up, Google Calendar Integration must be activated per project/calendar in ConstructionOnline.

STEPS TO INTEGRATE WITH GOOGLE

1. Navigate to the Company Dropdown Menu at the top right of the page
2. Select Integrations under Account Settings
    
   1. This will open the Integrations tab in the Profile Settings window
   
3. Toggle On/Off button by Google to “On”
4. You will then be prompted to enter/confirm your Google login information
5. Review permissions for ConstructionOnline access, and choose “Allow” to continue
6. A confirmation message will appear when the integration has been successful.
