Integrate with box

OBJECTIVE

To integrate your ConstructionOnline account with your box account

BACKGROUND

Integrating your ConstructionOnline account with your box account allows for easy and direct access to files stored in box. box integration is available to any ConstructionOnline Pro User.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Integrating with box allows access via ConstructionOnline to files stored in your account
• No automatic sharing will occur immediately when turning on the integration
• There is not an additional charge associated with box Integration

STEPS TO INTEGRATE WITH BOX

1. Navigate to the Company Dropdown Menu at the top right of the page
2. Select Integrations under Account Settings
    
   1. This will open the Integrations tab in the Profile Settings window
   
3. Toggle On/Off button by box  to “On”
   
4. You will then be prompted to enter/confirm your box login information
5. Review permissions for ConstructionOnline access, and approve to complete integration
