Integrate with Docusign™

Connect your Docusign account to ConstructionOnline™ for streamlined eSignatures

BACKGROUND

In construction, documentation is constant, and contracts, proposals, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and more require timely approvals to keep projects moving forward. When signature collection happens outside your construction management software, the process can quickly become disjointed. Chasing down signatures, managing separate accounts, and manually organizing project files creates friction that adds time, risk, and inefficiency to your workflow.

ConstructionOnline's integration with Docusign introduces powerful, industry-leading eSignature tools directly into your centralized project management hub. By allowing you to send, track, and store signed documents within ConstructionOnline, the integration enhances efficiency, ensures record compliance, and accelerates project execution. 

STEPS TO INTEGRATE WITH DOCUSIGN 

1. Navigate to the Account Settings Menu in the Top Navigation Bar. 
2. Select the Integrations option under Account Settings.
   
    
   1. This will open to the Integrations tab in your Profile Settings.
       
      
3. Enable the Docusign integration under the Document Signing section:
   
   1. If you do not have a Docusign account, click the purple Get Docusign for Free button to sign up for free.
   2. If you do have a Docusign account, toggle the integration switch to begin setup. You will then be prompted to enter your Docusign credentials.
   3. If your current ConstructionOnline plan does not include access to the Docusign™ eSignature Integration, a message will prompt you to view ConstructionOnline's available plans and pricing. 
      
      
4. Authorize ConstructionOnline to access your Docusign account:
   1. After entering your Docusign credentials (or creating your free Docusign account), you will need to grant ConstructionOnline permission to access your Docusign account.
   2. Click the purple "Allow Access" button to continue.  
      
      
   3. Selecting the "Cancel" option here will halt the integration setup and prevent your ConstructionOnline + Docusign accounts from connecting.
5. Choose the preferred Docusign account (if applicable):
   1. Docusign allows for a single set of credentials to be connected to 1 or more accounts. If your credentials are (or have ever been) associated with multiple Docusign accounts, you may be prompted to confirm which account you would like to use for the integration with ConstructionOnline. 
      
      
   2. Use the dropdown to select the preferred Docusign account, and click the purple "Next" button to continue. 
6. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that your ConstructionOnline + Docusign integration has been successfully enabled. 
    
   
7. Click the blue "Click here to close this window" text to close the integration setup. 
8. Press the blue "Save" button on the Integrations tab in your Profile Settings to finalize the integration. 
   1. The Docusign integration can be disabled at any time by toggling the integration off from the Integrations tab in your Profile Settings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

• Subscription Level: The Docusign eSignature Integration is available for ConstructionOnline accounts with active Team, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions.
• CO™ Mobile App: Docusign eSignature Integration is currently available exclusively via browser access to ConstructionOnline.
