Modify the details of an existing construction permit in ConstructionOnline™
BACKGROUND
Construction projects are inherently dynamic, with plans and regulations frequently evolving. While critical for compliance and project continuity, construction permits are not immune to these changes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date permit information is not merely a matter of good practice; it's necessary to avoid costly delays, fines, and legal complications. OnGuard™ Permit Tracking in ConstructionOnline allows users to edit existing permits in the system to rectify errors, update information, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. This functionality reduces the risk of project disruptions and provides a critical layer of protection against potential liabilities.
⚠️ Important: Archived permits cannot be edited. Should a user attempt to modify an archived permit, ConstructionOnline will prompt them to unarchive it first.
