Edit a Comment in ConstructionOnline™
Update or refine existing Comments to keep project communication clear and accurate
BACKGROUND
Effective communication is critical for managing complex construction jobs, where details change quickly and clarity matters. As teams collaborate across multiple project phases, the ability to edit existing comments helps prevent misunderstandings, reduce rework, and maintain accurate project documentation.
ConstructionOnline's Comments feature allows teams, clients, and subcontractors to collaborate directly within the tools they already use. When project details evolve or additional context is needed, authorized users can easily edit Comments to keep information accurate, discussions relevant, and communication professional throughout every stage of the project.
