Create new Messages in the Mobile App
OBJECTIVE
To Create new Messages in the ConstructionOnline Mobile App
BACKGROUND
The ConstructionOnline Mobile App provides you with easy access to important Project information no matter where you are on your cell phone device, tablet, and more, without having to use your browser.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
- The ConstructionOnline Mobile App is for Company Users to access ConstructionOnline. ClientLink and TeamLink Users will access the Portal via your Company's Public Profile URL using their mobile's browser.
STEPS TO CREATE NEW MESSAGES
- Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App
- Click on All Projects at the top of the screen
- Choose a Project from the list
- Select Messaging in Tools
- This will open a list of the Project's Conversations
- Click the orange circle icon at the bottom right of the screen
- Add Recipients, enter a Subject and the Message
- Attach any Files or Photos (optional)
- Click the green Post button
