Create New Client Selections in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

Add Client Selections directly from CO Mobile

BACKGROUND

Client Selections helps teams organize product choices, upgrades, and allowance items for each project. From finishes and fixtures to custom options, Selections keep client decisions documented and financially aligned. 

With the ConstructionOnline mobile app, Company Users can create new Categories, Selections, and Choices directly from their mobile devices. Updates sync automatically with the associated project, helping maintain accurate financial tracking and clear communication between their team and clients—whether they're in the office or on the jobsite. 

HOW TO CREATE CLIENT SELECTIONS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE 

    1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
    2. Click Selections under the Financials section in your Tools dashboard.

    3. Select the desired Project from your Projects list. 
      1. This will open all Selections associated with the selected Project.
    4. Press the orange (+) button in the bottom right corner of your screen.   CO Mobile's Upload button
      1. If you are wanting to create a new selection within an existing Category, click on the desired Category before hitting the orange (+) button. 
    5. Enter the required details and hit the orange "Create" button to finalize the new Category, Selection, or Choice. 

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's Client Selections feature is available for all companies with active ConstructionOnline subscriptions.
    • Permissions: 
      • Company Users must have"Can Create, Edit, & Delete" Client Selections permissions. 
      • ClientLink and TeamLink Users must have Client Selections permissions enabled to create selections. These users will access the Portal via your Company's Public Profile URL using their mobile's browser or desktop.
