Create New Call Logs in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App
Log and track phone calls from anywhere using CO Mobile
BACKGROUND
Phone calls often contain important details that need to be documented and shared with your team. The mobile app allows you to create Call Logs as conversations happen, ensuring that notes, attachments, and related contacts are captured accurately and stored in one centralized location. Logging calls in real time helps maintain clear communication records, supports accountability, and ensures project-related discussions remain accessible.
HOW TO CREATE CALL LOGS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE
- Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
- Click Call Logs under the Communication section in your Tools dashboard.

- This will open a list that displays Call Logs across your Company Account. If you're working within a specific Project, the Call Logs will be limited to those related to that Project.
- Click the orange (+) button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

- Confirm the location where you want to create the Call Log—either "General (No related Project) or a specific Project.
- This will open the "New Call Log" window where you can enter information about the call, including -
- Details
- Related Contact(s): Add Contacts associated with the call. This field is required.
- Additional Contact(s): Include any Contacts who should be made aware of the call.
- Phone: Enter the phone number called.
- Call Date: Indicate the date the call was made.
- ConstructionOnline automatically populates the date of Call Log creation. However, this date can be modified.
- Start Time: Enter the time the call began.
- Duration: Indicate how long the call lasted.
- Notes: Provide any relevant details or notes regarding the call.
- Files & Photos: Upload any attachments pertinent to the call.

- Click the orange "Create" button to create the Call Log.
