Create new Calendar Events in the Mobile App

OBJECTIVE

To create new Calendar Events in the ConstructionOnline Mobile App

BACKGROUND

The ConstructionOnline Mobile App provides you with easy access to important Project information no matter where you are on your cell phone device, tablet, and more, without having to use your browser.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • The ConstructionOnline Mobile App is for Company Users to access ConstructionOnline. ClientLink and TeamLink Users will access the Portal via your Company's Public Profile URL using their mobile's browser. 

STEPS TO CREATE NEW CALENDAR EVENTS

  1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App
  2. Click on All Projects at the top of the screen
  3. Choose a Project from the list
  4. Select Calendar in Tools
  5. Click the orange circle icon at the bottom right of the screen 
    1. Enter a Subject, Duration/Reoccurrence, Assign Resources, and Event Notes
    2. Click the white check mark at the top right of the screen to Save
