Create New To Dos in the Mobile App

OBJECTIVE

To create a new To Do in the ConstructionOnline Mobile App

BACKGROUND

The ConstructionOnline Mobile App provides you with easy access to important Project information no matter where you are on your cell phone device, tablet, and more, without having to use your browser.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • The ConstructionOnline Mobile App is for Company Users to access ConstructionOnline. ClientLink and TeamLink Users will access the Portal via your Company's Public Profile URL using their mobile's browser. 

STEPS TO CREATE A NEW TO DO

  1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App
  2. Click on All Projects at the top of the screen
  3. Choose a Project from the list
  4. Select To Dos in Tools

    1. This will open a list of the Project's To Dos
  5. Click the orange circle icon at the bottom right of the screen 
    1. This will open a new To Do at the bottom of the screen

    1. Enter the To Do's Subject in the blank field
    2. Click the Calendar icon to choose the To Do's due date
    3. Select the People icon to assign resources
    4. Choose the 3-dot icon to add any addition details about the To Do
  6. Click the green Checkmark to save
