Create New Daily Logs in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

Easily document project activity, progress, and updates from your mobile device

BACKGROUND 

Daily Logs in ConstructionOnline Mobile allow Company Users to record jobsite activity, track progress, and document key events directly from the field. Creating logs through the mobile app ensures fast, accurate updates that keep the entire project team informed. 

HOW TO CREATE A NEW DAILY LOG IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE

1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
2. Select Daily Logs under the Project Tracking section in your Tools dashboard. 
   
   
3. Click the orange (+) button in the bottom right corner of your screen.   
4. Choose which Log Type you wish to create.
   
   
5.  Select the desired Project from your Projects list. 
6. This will open the "New Log" window where you can enter information about the Daily Log. 
   1. Required information will vary based on the Daily Log type selected.  
7. Once you have finalized all details, press the orange "Create" button. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

• Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's Daily Logging is available for all companies with active ConstructionOnline subscriptions. However, Advanced Daily Logging is only available at Business  and Enterprise levels. 
  
  • Advanced Daily Logging is also available as a Per-Company Add-On for all other plans. 
• Permissions: Company Users with their Daily Logging permissions set to "Can Create, Edit, & Delete" can create Daily Logs.
