Create a Transmittal

OBJECTIVE

To create a Transmittal in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

With ConstructionOnline Transmittals, you'll keep your project documentation clear and concise so you projects stay on track. Transmittals allow you to know what was sent and when, so you'll be covered in the future in case of legal disputes or any questions of liability.

STEPS TO CREATE A TRANSMITTAL

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Communication tab
  3. Choose the Transmittals category
  4. Click the green +Add Transmittal button
    1. This will open the New Transmittal window
  5. Enter the Transmittal information in the Details tab
  6. Attach any files pertinent to the Transmittal in the Attachments tab (optional)
  7. Click Create Transmittal or Create & Send Emails to email assigned resources
