Financial Reports: Client Selections

Create a Selection Book

OBJECTIVE

To create a Selection Book for a Project's approved selections in ConstructionOnline.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Selections will not appear in the Selections Book until approved

STEPS TO CREATE A SELECTION BOOK REPORT

A. From the Financial Reports category:

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Financials tab
  3. Choose the Financial Reports category
  4. Click the Selections tab at the top right of the Financial Reports pane
  5. Hover over the Selection Book & click Create
     
    1. This will open the Create Selection Book window
  6. Filter the selections by Category, Vendor, and/or Location if you wish
  7. Click Create
    1. The Selection Book will open in a new tab
  8. You can Share, Save, Download, Edit, or Print the Selection Book from this tab

B. From the Client Selections category:

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Financials tab
  3. Choose the Client Selections category
  4. Click the gray 3-Dot Action Menu at the top right of the Selections pane
  5. Select Create Selection Book from the dropdown menu
    1. This will open the Create Selection Book window
  6. Filter the selections by Category, Vendor, and/or Location if you wish
  7. Click Create
    1. The Selection Book will open in a new tab
  8. You can Share, Save, Download, Edit, or Print the Selection Book from this tab
