Clock-In using the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

Track time directly from the field by clocking into a project using CO Mobile 

BACKGROUND

Time Tracking in ConstructionOnline provides a centralized system for recording labor hours across projects. Clock-ins are tied directly to specific projects, ensuring accurate payroll processing, job costing, and performance reporting. The mobile app allows team members to clock in from the field, reducing manual entry and improving time accuracy.

HOW TO CLOCK IN USING CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE 

  1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
  2. Click Time Tracking under the Team Management section in your Tools dashboard.

  3.  Click the green "Clock In" button at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Select the desired Project from your Projects list. 
    1. This will automatically clock you into that Project. 
    2. You may add Notes or Photos as needed. 

🗒️ Note: Enable Geolocation Settings to receive automatic clock-in/out notifications based on your proximity to the jobsite.
