Access Transmittals in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

View Project Transmittals from anywhere with CO Mobile

BACKGROUND

The ConstructionOnline Mobile app provides quick access to Transmittals, allowing users to review, track, and manage important project communications while on the go. Accessing Transmittals through the app ensures that project documents and correspondence are organized and up to date, improving collaboration and response times for both Company and external team members. 

HOW TO ACCESS TRANSMITTALS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE 

1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
2. Click Transmittals under the Communication section in your Tools dashboard. 
   
   
3. Select the desired Project from your Projects list. 
   1. This will display all Transmittals associated with the selected Project. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's Transmittals feature is available for all Commercial, Specialty & Subs, Multi-Family, and Enterprise active  ConstructionOnline subscriptions. 
  • Submittals & Transmittals are also available as a Per-Company Add-On for all other plans. 

• Permissions: 
  
  • Company Users must have "Can View" or "Can Create, Edit, & Delete" Transmittals permissions. 
  • ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Users must have Transmittals permissions enabled to view and interact with Transmittals they're assigned to.
