Access RFIs in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

View Requests for Information on the go with CO Mobile

BACKGROUND

The ConstructionOnline Mobile app allows users to access and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) directly from their mobile device. Viewing RFIs in the app helps keep your Project communication organized, ensures timely responses, and provides visibility into all RFI activity while in the field. 

HOW TO ACCESS RFIS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE 

1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
2. Click RFIs under the Communication section in your Tools dashboard. 
   
   
3. Select the desired Project from your Projects list. 
   1. This will display all RFIs associated with the selected Project. From here, Users with the appropriate permissions can click on the "Response(s)" button of the desired RFI to view its content.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's RFIs feature is available for all Commercial, Specialty & Subs, Multi-Family, and Enterprise active  ConstructionOnline subscriptions. 
  
  • RFI Tracking is also available as a Per-Company Add-On for all other plans. 

• Permissions: 
  
  • Company Users must have "Can View" or "Can Create, Edit, & Delete" RFI Tracking permissions. 
  • ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Users must have Requests for Information permissions enabled to view and interact with RFIs they're assigned to.
