Access Envoy Chat in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App
Stay connected with your team through chats and channels
BACKGROUND
The Envoy Chat feature in the ConstructionOnline Mobile app allows Company Users to communicate quickly and efficiently with other team members. Whether you're sending direct messages or collaborating in group channels, Envoy Chat keeps conversations organized and accessible from anywhere. By using Chats and Channels, Company Users can stay up to date on project discussions and ensure timely responses.
HOW TO ACCESS ENVOY CHAT IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE
- Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
- Select Envoy Chat under the Communication section in your Tools dashboard.

- Choose either the Chats or Channels tab to see conversations you are apart of.
- Click on the desired conversation to view it or send a new message.
