Access Envoy Chat in the Mobile App

OBJECTIVE

To access Envoy Chat in the ConstructionOnline Mobile App

BACKGROUND

The ConstructionOnline Mobile App provides you with easy access to important Project information no matter where you are on your cell phone device, tablet, and more, without having to use your browser.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• The ConstructionOnline Mobile App is for Company Users to access ConstructionOnline. ClientLink and TeamLink Users will access the Portal via your Company's Public Profile URL using their mobile's browser. 

STEPS TO ACCESS ENVOY CHAT

1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App
2. Click on All Projects at the top of the screen
   
3. Choose a Project from the list
4. Select Envoy Chat in Tools
   
5. Choose either the Chats or Channels tab
6. Click on a conversation to view it or send a new message
