      Access Company Account Details

      Check the number of Project Starts remaining, ConstructionOnline™ subscription renewal date, and more for your Company Account.

      OBJECTIVE

      To access account details for your ConstructionOnline Company Account. 

      BACKGROUND

      Need to know how many Project Starts are remaining for your Company Account? Verify the renewal date for your Company Account's ConstructionOnline subscription? Important information about your Company Account can be found by viewing Company Account Details.

      THINGS TO CONSIDER

      • Company Account Details can display:
        • Company Name: the name of the Company.
        • Account Owner: the name of the Company Account Owner.
        • Subscription Type: type of ConstructionOnline subscription.
        • Project Starts Used: number of Project Starts already used by the Company Account.
        • Project Starts Remaining: number of Project Starts remaining before the Company Account's ConstructionOnline subscription renewal. 
        • Project Starts Reset Date: renewal date for the Company Account's ConstructionOnline subscription.

      Please note that Company Accounts with legacy ConstructionOnline subscriptions may not show all the aforementioned details. 

      To learn more information about your Company Account, contact UDA Technologies at 1-800-700-8321, info@uda1.com, or via live chat. 

      • All Company Employees can view Company Account Details from their respective ConstructionOnline accounts.
      • The ConstructionOnline Terms & Conditions can be downloaded from the Company Account Details window. 
      • To request any changes to the Company Account, contact UDA Technologies at 1-800-700-8321, info@uda1.com, or via live chat.

      STEPS TO ACCESS COMPANY ACCOUNT DETAILS

      1. Locate the Company Dropdown Menu found in the top right corner of ConstructionOnline.
      2. In the bottom left corner of the menu, select Account Details to view your Company Account Details.
