Access Checklists in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

Navigate and update project checklists from CO Mobile

BACKGROUND

Checklists in ConstructionOnline Mobile provide a simple way to track task completion in the field. With mobile access, teams can review, update, and complete Checklist Items directly from the jobsite. 

HOW TO ACCESS CHECKLISTS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE

1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
2. Click Checklists under the Project Tracking section in your Tools dashboard.
   
   
3. Select the desired Project from your Projects list. 
   1. This will display all Checklists associated with the selected Project. 
4. Choose the desired Checklist. 
   1. From here, Users with the appropriate permissions can manage Items by tapping the orange (+) button to add new entries, checking the box beside an Item Name to mark it complete, or selecting an Item to update its details including Item Issues. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's Checklists feature is available for all companies with active ConstructionOnline subscriptions.
• Permissions: 
  
  • Company Users must have "Can View" or "Can Create, Edit, & Delete" Checklists permissions. 
  • ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Users must have Checklists permissions enabled to view or edit Checklists, with actions determined by their assigned Checklist role.
