      Access Change Orders in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

      Review Project Change Orders from anywhere with CO Mobile

      BACKGROUND

      The ConstructionOnline Mobile app enables users to quickly access Change Orders, providing visibility into modifications to project scope, costs, and timelines while on the go. By using the app, Company, ClientLink™, and TeamLink™ Users can stay up to date with project adjustments, review details, and ensure all stakeholders are informed, supporting timely decisions and streamlined communication. 

      HOW TO ACCESS CHANGE ORDERS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE

      1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
      2. Click Change Orders under the Financials section in your Tools dashboard.

      3. Select the desired Project from your Projects list. 
        1. This will open all Change Orders associated with the selected Project.

      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

      • Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's Change Order feature is available for all companies with active ConstructionOnline subscriptions.
      • Permissions: 
        • Company Users must have "Can View" or "Can Create, Edit, & Delete" Change Orders permissions. 
        • ClientLink / TeamLink Users must have Change Orders permissions enabled to view and interact with Change Orders.
