OBJECTIVE

To add a Link to a Sheet in Redline Takeoff

BACKGROUND

Manage your jobs efficiently with real-time collaboration based on the most up-to-date information available. Redline™ Planroom gives you the tools you need to connect office and field, so you can build better, faster and smarter.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Company users must have a license to access Redline Takeoff.
• Review the Redline Sheet Requirements to ensure your plans are scanned correctly.

STEPS TO ADD A LINK TO A SHEET

1. Navigate to the desired project via the Left Sidebar 
2. Choose the Takeoff tab
3. Click on the desired Sheet 
   1. The Sheet will open in a new tab
4. Select Callout from the left sidebar 
   
   1. This will open the Callout Details on the right sidebar
   
5. Name the Callout link
6. Select the sheet to link from the Linked Sheet dropdown menu
7. Enter any additional details in the Description text block (optional)
8. Click Close
