Returns the estimate subcategory that corresponds with the provided ID
https://api.constructiononline.com/EstimateSubCategories?subcatID={catID}
This endpoint allows users to extract a single estimate subcategory from their ConstructionOnline company account. Users must know the unique ID assigned to the specific estimate subcategory to call this endpoint. Please note that this endpoint does not return any information on items that are within the specified estimate subcategory.
