A project start represents the creation or activation of a project in a ConstructionOnline company account. Each company account is limited to a specific number of project starts per subscription year, depending upon the company's subscription contract. This endpoint allows users to check if the project start limit for their ConstructionOnline account has been reached.

Responses
200: Success
A successful request will return a 200 response. If the response displays 'false', your company's project start limit has not been reached. If the response displays 'true', your company's project start limit has been reached.
404: Error
The server was not able to locate the resource specified in the request.
429: Error
The user has surpassed the request rate limit for the hour, day, week, or month.
500: Error
There was an internal server error and the server was unable to complete the request.
