View the Calendar/Schedule in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

Access Calendars and Schedules in CO Mobile

BACKGROUND

The ConstructionOnline Mobile app provides quick access to your company-wide Schedule Tasks and Calendar Events. Whether you're reviewing updates on the go or managing activity for a specific Project, the mobile Calendar offers a clear, centralized view of upcoming work. 

HOW TO VIEW THE CALENDAR/SCHEDULE IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE 

  1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
  2. Select Calendar under the Calendars and Schedules section in your Tools dashboard.

    1. This will open the Calendar which will display all Schedule Tasks and Calendar events across your Company Account/Projects. If you're working within a specific Project, the tasks and events will be limited to those related to that Project. 
    2. If you'd like to see a Project Schedule in as a Gantt chart, click "Gantt View" under the Calendars and Schedules section in your Tools dashboard and select the desired Project. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's Calendars and Scheduling features are available for all companies with active ConstructionOnline subscriptions.
  • Permissions: 
    • Company Users must have "Can View" or "Can Create, Edit, & Delete" Calendar and Schedules permissions. 
    • ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Users must have Calendar/Schedule permissions enabled to view certain events and tasks.
