Manage Company User Permissions

OBJECTIVE

To manage Permissions for Company Users in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

By managing the Permissions of your Company Users, you'll be able to control how members of your team are able to access and interact with ConstructionOnline.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Company Users who need full access and unlimited capabilities may be set as Administrators, thus eliminating the need to set their Permissions.

STEPS TO MANAGE COMPANY USER PERMISSIONS

  1. Navigate to the Company Dropdown Menu at the top right of ConstructionOnline
  2. Select Manage Company Users
    1. This will open the Company Employees page
  3. Right-click on the desired the user 
  4. Select Manage Permissions 
    1. This will open the Company Employee Settings window
  5. Set the desired Permissions
  6. Click Save
