Enter Client Selection Payments

OBJECTIVE

To enter payments made towards Client Selections in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

If there is one thing your clients love, it is the ability to customize as much of their project as possible. By using ConstructionOnline's Client Selections feature, you'll be able to present Selections to them in a clean format that is user-friendly and easy to interact with.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • A Selection Choice must be approved in order to receive payments.
  • If QuickBooks Integration is on, payment information will be retrieved from the QuickBooks Company.

STEPS TO ENTER CLIENT SELECTION PAYMENTS

  1. Navigate to the desired project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Click on the Financials Tab
  3. Select the Client Selections Category
  4. Within a Selection Category, find the Item for which you would like to add a payment
  5. Click the Item name
    1. This will open the Edit Selection modal
  6. Select the Payment Tab
  7. Enter in the desired numbers in the correct fields
  8. Click Save when finished
