Edit Your Public Profile


To change the information displayed on your ConstructionOnline Public Profile


ConstructionOnline provides your company with its own Public Profile, a unique web address that links the general public to a page personalized just for your company. This also serves as the portal that ClientLink & TeamLink contacts use to log into ConstructionOnline.


  • You can edit and preview your Public Profile from the Company Dropdown Menu
  • Custom Branding Services are available from UDA Technologies.


  1. Navigate to the Company Dropdown Menu at the top right corner of the page
  2. Select the Public Profile Settings
    1. This will open the Public Profile Settings window
  3. Make desired changes: 
    1. Shortcut: 
      1. Create your own URL that will be used to access your Public Profile.
      2. Set the Default Language for your Public Profile.
    2. Choose Layout & Logo Option: 
      1. Choose Portrait or Landscape for your Page Layout.
      2. Upload your Company Logo and select a color scheme.
    3. Banner: Add a Banner Image to be displayed at the top of your Public Profile.
    4. Company Info: 
      1. Enter your company information to be displayed on your Public Profile.
      2. Add Credentials and the Service Area which your company is active.
      3. Share Client Testimonials on your Public Profile.
    5. Galleries: Add Image Galleries to show off your past projects.
    6. Organizations: Display the Organization's that you're a member of with their logo on your Public Profile.
    7. Social Media: Link your Social Media accounts to your Public Profile.
    8. Lead Capturing: Enable Lead Capturing to allow people visiting your Public Profile to submit questions or comments, which will automatically add them to your Leads.
  4. Click Save
