Add a Call Log

OBJECTIVE

To document Communication that occurs outside of ConstructionOnline with Company Employees, Clients, and other Contacts

BACKGROUND

Documenting communication that occurs with your contacts is an essential part of maintaining attention to detail and having information that can be tracked back to the source. ConstructionOnline’s Call Log features allows you to document conversations, emails, text messages, or other communication that occurs outside of ConstructionOnline.


STEPS TO ADD A CALL LOG ENTRY

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Communication tab
  3. Choose the Call Log category
  4. Click the green +Add Call Log Entry button
    1. This will open the New Call Log Entry window
  5. Enter the Call Details
    1. Related Contact, Call Date & Start Time are required
    2. Attach any pertinent files under the Attachments tab
  6. Click Save
